Rips off women. He will appear kind and friendly at first, his scam is to tell you his mother is ill and he does tend to be a bit of a momm's boy. He will drop hints about not being able to come up with the "cash" for rent -but, if you'd lend him the money - he owns a few cards ( Range Rovers) worth lots of money and he'll pay it back right away. If you lend him money - you will never hear from him or see him again. I am one of at least 6 women in the British Columbia area that have been ripped off. He has recently moved to Toronto and will be starting there shortly, if not already. Do not trust him.
