FSOT: Custom Seiko 6309 300M Diver

For sale or trade is a custom built 6309-729A "Japan" diver.

The watch started out as the "RARE" 6309J slim cased diver with the 17 jewels dial and Arabic day.

The dial is a Genuine Seiko 300M tuna dial with Genuine Seiko Ti Samurai hands with the second hand custom lumed in red like the 6105 divers. The case has been refinished but still has a few light marks on it. The crystal is a flat sapphire from Chuck and the SS bezel insert is from Yobokies. All of the gaskets have been replaced (bezel, crown, caseback, and NOS crystal gsket from Pete:AKA crayfish) and the watch pressure tested but not a guarantee. The movement was serviced and rebuilt and was keeping time to 1 second a day when worn daily. The original but well worn 17 jewels dial is included with the sale should you decide to return it back to stock someday.
