The feet are not on the same place as the 7s26 movement
The dial fits in the case of the 6309-7040 and 6105-8110 cases. You do need to remove the two bits on the edge of the dial. The feet are also on the wrong position.
If you are good with glue / double-sided tape (ore with solder) you have a unique change to make a Poor Mens MarineMaster with the original stuff....
