I am going to small claims court next month to hopefully win our dog back. The breeder (previously my best friend) stole our dog and also stole the paper work back (UKC registration). Does anyone know how these cases have turned out before? We have witnesses that will testify that we owned the dog and also paper work showing that we had the puppy to the vet. Does anyone know if whomever has the paper work showing ownership will win? Thanks for helping. Karen
