  • need to know how to prove ownership in ohio

      my husband's ex-fiance sent in our golden retriever's papers in her name and has not had possesion of the dog in three years. now we want to breed him but we have to get her to transfer papers. does anyone know how to find laws in ohio that legally prove that the dog has been abandoned??? any help would be appreciated. thanks
