      If you go to the following URL it will tell you WHY Shambala is not a reasonable document as it is currently written.

      It also tells you step by step what to do, who to contact and more...

      Good Luck and do pass the information to dog and cat owners. They as well as we who own wolfdogs,are also at risk.
