Somebody seems to have uploaded a new piece of footage-esque still imagery. The frame can be found here:

Due to the blur effects it's hard to tell where this is. I guess some image manipulation might reclarify the writign on the wagon though.
The mountains seem rather high, so it might be a central european pre-alps shot. But could be Appalachians as well - could be even Japanese mountains.
I found no note in the forums of who has uploaded it.
