Can anyone tell me if a 1974 Twenty dollar bill is worth more than $20 ? Washington DC is written above the word TWENTY and stamped over with a green seal -- on right hand side of front. The number 12 is printed 4 times on front, two on left, two on right. Small Fa is printed on top left hand corner. Small F12 is printed on bottom right hand corner. Printed signature of "Francine I Neff" printed on bottom left of front.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi..in circulated grades it really has no collector value maybe a currency dealer would sell this note for a few dollars over face at best.Assuming he even stocked this note.A common note to collectors over 128 million printed.
