Does anyone know how to get resident Parking Permits in the town of Lyndhurst. The street I live is getting very bad for parking. Three of my neighors have ample parking off the street. One bought a truck to big to fit in their driveway. So they have two cars plus their tenants big truck as well as the girlfriends truck. One of my other neighbors has a driveway that can easily hold four cars howeve most of the time they have five cars on the street and none in the driveway. The other house is newly renovated two family house. They have 5 cars only two are parked in the driveway here also there is ample room to fit at least 5 cars. Does anyone know how the permits work I was told that usually only two cars per household with permits are allowed to park on the street.

Good question.

I live off Valley Brook, where over night parking is not allowed. The residents of Valley Brook often leave their driveways empty and park on my street. I have no place to put my car and sometimes have to park two or three blocks away.
