Did any body go to the meeting ? I couldnt due to work. The Mayor pulled another stunt like he did when he annuonced the new 5 story senior building on Valley Brook Ave in the morning. They dont want anybody to question them on anything. To hold a meeting at 4 in the afternoon when it concerns every taxpayer in town is appalling. It goes to show you that he will do what he wants to do and he doesnt have to tell you anything. Its time to get rid of him, and the good thing about it is the voters will tell him YOUR DONE

What part of Valley Brook is the proposed building supposed to be built?

The building is going on the lot that right now houses the Sacred Heart bingo hall that has been for sale for awhile, and of course accross the street from the new condos. Just what that street needs more congestion.

A building of 51 units, but it only has to have 26 parking spaces.What about the rest of the units and where are there guests going to park?

Again it is another town project that will be allowed to be done without following the township ordinaces regarding parking spots. Try to build a new house in town without providing enough off street parking spaces and see how fast you are turned down, again I guess unless you are related to someone on the township payroll.

You are so right, People have to start going to town meetings and voice there disgust with the way things are happening around here.

I went to the meeting and nothing was mentioned about the senior housing. Alittle was said about the budget that was not final and water pipes. Not much else was said.
