Very disappointed that the Lyndhurst fireworks were on Thursday night July 2nd instead of a Saturday Night July 4th!

probably a smart move-save costly overtime for town workers and we get to see other towns on the 4th. Also we had the best fireworks show in the area top notch. At least we had a show rutherford could'nt even afford one.

Yeah, I'd rather see the fireworks in my town on the 4th and go to other towns on the off nights. (I wouldn't, one night is enough) The 4th is the night for the fireworks. It was so great last year on the 4th, had a great feeling about Lyndhurst that night. Too bad. Maybe we could save even more money if we had them in January.

Look, Joe Heinz, I'm happy we had fireworks but was much happier last year when the fireworks were on the 4th of July. The holiday is the 4th. Not the 3rd or 2nd. Not, June, April or November. July. July 4th. Saturday this year. Perfect! Saturday, July 4th! Perfect night for the fireworks. Ok, Joeeee?

Just remember one thing , this Board of Commissioners will do what they want , when they want with NO regard to what the taxpayer wants . They could care less when the fireworks go off as long as it fits their schedule .
