Heights of Mayor Giangeruso's Vindictive nature & unbelievably poor judgement. You just will not believe this one. Our dear Mayor tells the Insurance Company - which provides liability insurance coverage to Lyndhurst - that he is “going to get even with the Police Chief”.

MY GOD, MR.MAYOR! ... you have the most serious judgement problem possible. You just don’t say anything like that to an insurance company! This is like a homeowner saying to his insurance company ‘I am thinking of burning down my house’. Guess what the insurance company is going to say. They are going to say ‘Bye Bye - we can’t insure you anymore - you are too dangerous’. And that is EXACTLY what Lyndhurst’s Insurance Company told Lyndhurst officials & commissioners - literally. Quoting the Newspaper report:

“The insurers were specifically concerned about remarks made by Giangeruso at a Sept. 4 meeting with the insurers during which he (Mayor) allegedly said he wanted to "get even" with O'Connor (Police Chief).

“....the insurance company's concerns are the results of a meeting with Giangeruso and include : "The police chief brings a lawsuit against the mayor & (this is stunning) - The Mayor comments that this is a personal vendetta, and he will get even.”

The above is a statement by the insurance company! It’s there in the newspaper. How can anyone - in their right mind - ever think of letting Mr.Giangeruso back in power?

This threat made - of getting even with the Police Chief - put Lyndhurst at risk of losing it's liability insurance coverage. That would have been a disaster of unimaginable proportions. This compelled the 3 sensible, pragmatic commissioners (who now form The New View ticket) - to fire Mr.Giangeruso as commissioner of Police. Thank God for these three.

Here’s the newspaper report :

Oh please that's crazy. The insurance company knows mayor Giangeruso is just excitable. He means no harm. The people of Lyndhurst know this about our mayor, like a person knows their pit bull is nice.

Most women say it's the mayor's most desirable quality.

No one cares who it is, they care about the cold hard facts.
The mayor is a legal liability to the township and a drain on its budget.
Paying legal settlements is not a good use of Township funds.

LOL, you are a sick person.

How many times have you come here telling everyone what the People of Lyndhurst care about?

Crawl back under your rock. Facts about who the Mayor IS and WAS are not listed again as a reminder to everyone and you can't handle the truth. I have only one question, if and when the Mayor goes, do you go with him?
