You misunderstand

The guy posting the video is not one of the singers in it. He is their father. He teaches his children to sing like this and promotes the horrifying result on YouTube. It is not a matter of one person singing badly but of a delusional freak who is ruining the voices of certain young people who, being his children, are necessarily under his influence and authority.
