Why not ....I also think old fashion pop bottles work well because they kinda look like the physical shape of a woman (sort of hour glass with a large bottom).
I use all kinds of visuals when I teach.
During Halloween, I bring out my fake plastic skulls and get my students to imagine their skulls and to sing through the "brain cracks" (I have no clue what they are called but, the spots where the skull is joined).
