I don't know if I'm narcoleptic or not

My cousin says it runs in our family to have narcoleptic seizures. But I don't know if I am or not. Here recently I've been on a 2nd shift work schedule but a 3rd shift sleep schedule. Sometimes I don't even sleep at night and am up for 24+ hours. Sometimes I get sick, black out, and sweaty for no reason. I don't what is wrong w/ me!!
