that there is the two classifications, primary and secondary. But, what I don't get is what is the difference between the two other than what disorder it is associated with? There doesn't seem to be a difference in the symptom, just the association.
btw, I was diagnosed (misdiagnosed) with a minor seizure disorder when I was a teen. Funny how the maximum dosage of dilantin did not do anything to help the "seizures". So much of my life could have been different if the doctors explored further and did a sleep study. During the sleep deprived (LMAO...try that one) EKG, the technician told me she had never seen anyone fall asleep so fast before.....HMMMMMM....major clue to the doctors if they were paying attention.
