Thank you both for your answers, I really apprciate the kindness and support that you give so generously.
I have been extra tired and stressed lately. We are leaving for holidays tomorrow and so much has needed to be done first, also worrying about my son's health while we are away, and of course wondering whether I will be able to keep up! It will be wonderful when we finally arrive, but getting there...
I don't think I have sleep apnea, at least I have never noticed or has my husband noticed any of the 'classic' symptoms ie. snoring, pause in breathing the gasping for air. I'm sure there are more symptoms but those are the ones that come to mind. Can it start at any age/time? I know that the symptoms of N can change/evolve over time, maybe apnea can too? I guess I will find out more when I go to my appointment for my test results.
