The proper treatment effect & coworkers, others

There is a specific co-worker of mine that I am finding it so difficult to deal with. After I was dx with N she was nice to me when others weren't, she seemed to understand.
Now that my treatment is working she seems to take offense. For example, before xyrem I was unable to come in early or work late and my thought processes took longer hence so did my work. In the last few weeks I have been able to pick up the slack, and even when another co worker was out sick I took on their duties as well as mine. That is when she got goofy, running to supervisors to tattle that she should be doing the extra because she has been there longer etc.
Heck She was there for 1 1/2yrs before I got there and I was the one to retrain her, before I got there they had moved her desk to the basement to do old records because she just could not get the hang of the job, for pete's sake when payroll would call for her time sheet @ 8:45 she'd just be pulling in the parking lot ( but she said she was there on time), she would disappear from the building to mysteriously grocery shop and bring her groceries back in the building. I believe she has ADD and she's always recieved extra sympathy for that. ( I never rec'd it with N - just a hey your on stims you should be doing better and maybe if you didn't nap you'd sleep better)
Without going into 5 pages of details I'll shorten it to ask:
Has anyone treated you differently when your treatment is working? Have they shunned you because you're not so forgetful, because you're not so zoned out, or sluggish?
I want to find a happy medium - I'm lucky enough to not have had a drop C atatck but when she harasses me at my desk I have to hold on tight for fear of falling> do I just duck & bob .....lol!
