Hey what you say sounds right i had another night terror last night. I was gonna go out today food shopping and that but i didnt wake till late and then a had the worst headach i am getting worst i know this i cant get seen earlier i rang my doctor the other day and she has now signed me of work for a month. i have all ready been of for 1 week and now i have another 4 weeks of this its driving me mad a do like bein able to talk to other people about it tho as no one really understands but i find this helpn stop me bein so mard sometimes, Thanks for getting back to me and i am writing down the things at night time as i have only been to see this sleep doctor twice and it was the daytime sleeping and the cataplxy that was the problem then i'll just have to wait and see what happens when i next go
