Turns out the pharmacy didn't know what they were talking about. They claimed the RX was filled and sent out. It was sitting at the 'pick-up' window at the hospital. I finally received it last week from Fed Ex. It turns out Fed Ex wasn't responsible because they had no record of it ever having been sent by them.
