I know we dont have the whole story, you are a brilliant mind, and there must be insurmountable obstacles in place.
but (especially as time goes on) please do not wait too long to get emergency care (yes they absorb the cost on indigents, unless you have property) on things that will threaten your life.
i have suffered some bitter losses this year, please be careful.
