Pam,
I use Provigil and it has done well for me up until the past several months. I never knew though that it causes swelling and stuff as I have had problems with severe pitting edema for years and physicians could not tell me why I was swelling like that. I am at my wits end though and will likely try the Xyrem regardless of my fear. I have to do something; I cannot continue as I am going now.
