i did not say my dr. said it was a 'waste' to take that much. i said that you have more of a chance of getting the bad side effects with that high of a dose. obviously it proves that point when people that take that much end up with the bad side effects and that others that don't have no problems with it.
my doctor is not a psychiatrist, but a sleep specialist in Atlanta. it really does not matter what credentials a psychiatrist has, they are a psychiatrist not a sleep specialist.
