Wow. You guys are nuts or I am just sensitive to modafinil/provigil i guess!!!
I am on 200mg/day and I take half my pill within 2 hours of waking up or so, a small cup of coffee, then about 4 to 5 hours later i have the other half and unless it is a really really long day then i am good to go the whole time... unless of course i eat a lot of sugar or a huge carb filled meal and then do nothing at all physically.
when i took my 200mg pill whole the first time i was prescribed it, before switching to half now half later method, i was .. wow. i wasnt right. i felt like i was on a mild LSD trip. ive been on it in the past, so trust me, i know this comparison is correct. i was speedy and slightly buzzed feeling around 4 or 5 hours into it, i was having heavy thought trains and paranoid thoughts (like at the gas station thinking "this guy knows im medicated on somthing.. HE JUST HAS TO KNOW!! ...was he talking about me to the guy who he rang up before me???" etc, and a very mild visual perception hallucination effect where things were kinda blurry/foggy and speedy viewed looking.f
