Thats a good point...but he may not have been taking the other depressants if he was able to sleep in the first place.
It is strange that the propaphol would be more accessible than Xyrem when it is so much more dangerous and only for the use of Drs. But you re right, Xyrem is only dist. through the one pharmacy. However, I am sure he could have gotten it with the money factor.
