I watched this great movie, on the LMN movie station, my husband refers to this as the lame movie station, girl type movies, but if any of you get this station on DTV or dish or cable, you should definately watch. It's a fictional movie plot, but it's about a girl with narcolepsy, who is a lab researcher and suspects sabotage when drug trials (for xyrem) result in unexpected deaths. Missy Peregrym plays the part of the narcoleptic. She is on the run from the researchers behind the sabotage and narcoleptics have been dying off. She is desperately trying to stay awake, while on the run and figure out who all is behind the sabotage and who is trying to steal the serum. She experiences all the symptoms of narcolepsy. Her RX for dexadrine has run out, she is having cataplexy all the time and HH.
I'll see if I can find when it will be on again and let you know. The movie is called "Wide Awake".
