Flare ups

There are many times where I feel the N worse than others is this the auto-immune side striking another attack?

I know in thyroid autoimmune flares selenium can help - is there anything for us?

I'm feeling washed out and nothing is helping - i've spent 3 days in bed and just want to return there but i had to be back at work today - I'm almost out of sick time and hubby has been laid off.
