I have been fighting the weight issue for a while now and I just started eating very light at dinner, and no snacking. I dont eat anything after 6pm. I do, however, have a nice lunch, and for some reason I have started droppong the pounds,and I sleep better. I have lost 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Not sure why it works but I am going to keep doing it and see what happens.
