I dropped birth control since my meds pretty much prevented them from doin anything anyway.As soon as I did, I started losing weight. I dont exercise much,but I'm hoping to start soon.Its just hard to do crunches or situps when ur stomach hurts to put pressure on it.Or to do too much leg stuff,when your knees are sore and one has now popped out three times..besides that they think i may be developing arthritis,because my joints are ridulously sore and stiff. FML.
butt.i am eating decently so i imagine thats part of the cause to helping im not supposed to eat greasy,salty,or spicy foods,or chocolate,caffeine,alcohol,or products with too much sugar in it. so im attempting to learn to be a health nut..altho i cheat. like this chocolate puff wheat square sittin next to me. ... .. lmao but only a little:) i tell myself i deserve a treat .. pretty much most days lol i just keep them small
protein is supposed to help sugar cravings? like a small piece of meat instead of chocolate? supposedly.
or check out different kinds of chocolate.some are really lightt chocoaltes,like a certain white chocolate i cant remember the name of right now.. plus if they have less crap added.
or get chocolate milk,mix it with a little milk so its even less chocolatey,and just drink it to try to kill the cravin? then go to somethin like celery,which u actually lsoe calories eating since its mostly composed of water and has barely anything in it and u have to chew it so much.
or carrots,theyre spsd to be reallyyy good,i believe mostly for your heart.and since theyre a fat soluble item,its best to eat them witha little bit of dip therefore a good excuse for a little dip lol
