I have quite the reaction to anti-depressants too. I've tried everything, my last one was the Effexor and I was only taking a pediatric dose of 37 mg a day. I thought I was going to loose my mind, was depressd and anxious. It wasn't worth it to me. I have such fragmented sleep at night anyway, so I just have to deal with the cataplexy and mine is usually to the ground. Sometimes the side effects just aren't worth it.
