I have narcolespy ... Guess I have had it way back in grade school ...... I remember every time I laugh My knees woukd buckle .... I learnt to stand so that when I laugh or told a joke I wouldn't fall ....... I had no idea why this always happened to me. I found that if I ate I would go to sleep or get very sleepy. So I just got to the point when I worked I wouldn't eat lunch cause it made me sleepy. I was able to controll my narcolespy for years. I knew what I could and could not eat. But then my narcolespy just kept getting stronger and stronger over the years that it controlled me. I have no idea how much of the time I worked in auto mode. But if some one toched me I would wake up or guess you could say I came out of auto mode.
I have all 4 sings of narcolespy and I think the cat is the one that gets me. I call it my 3 head bob before I hit the ground.
