      there is NO justification for rape of any kind, but these are questions not answered:

      1. why was she in a private room that had a couch, with two men at a 'local entertainment venue' in the first place? the private rooms are only for certain things from what I have heard. i am speaking as a woman, but i think that was just asking for it. you don't put yourself in that situation.

      2. whether she was 'just a waitress,' stripper, or a even a lap dancer at the 'local entertainment venue,' they are NOT required to have sex or even touch anyone at anytime.

      the whole thing can't be concluded with the information given.
