I also felt the same things you are experiencing! But I also felt so good in the morning waking up feeling refreshed. Even only a few good hours of real sleep was more than I had gotten in years! But every time the increase was made it took a while for my body to adjust. The sodium was swelling my feet and the fluid retention took a while for me to balance out. The

longer I slept, the better I felt.. It's been almost a full year for me now and I can't imagine going back to life without Xyrem!
I do need to say a schedule is important because time becomes very important! Meals, and a sleep schedule, plus time to wake up and give your body time to wake up before you can get going for the day.
