The pulling while accelerating is "torque steer"

You should be glad...that just means the new engine has a bunch of torque. Torque steer is common in front wheel drive cars.

The pulling while driving steady on a flat road is likely either an alignment thing or the tire pressure is uneven, although there have been reports of this "problem" with the new 'V. Personally, I haven't had this happen.
