I have the same issue on my 02 CRV EX Auto. The only thing I have been able to determine after many trips to the dealer is as follows:
No camber adjustment on CRV without ordering new bolts
Adjusting toe only masks the problem
Left rear seems to have a more negative camber (check yours with a level)
Not a tire problem
