JD Powers releases 2002 Inital Quality winners...

And the Toyota RAV4 won in the Mini SUV category??????!!! Whats up with that?

I haven't checked sales figures lately but last time I looked I believe the '02 CR-V was trouncing the RAV4. Less vehicles sold equals less chance for problems. Also hasn't the current RAV4 been around longer than the current CR-V. That's my theory and it is Toyota we're talking about, not Ford (uh oh!! bad me).

I haven't had a chance to read the whole thing. Also remember this is for a sample of 65,000 purchasers.
