What does Gf and Wf stand for in a gunfire specification?

I have a spec that calls out Gf = 2.98 g's;
Hz = 27 and g's/Gf = .5

Also calls out Wf = 0.0082 g's;
Hz = 27 and (g^2/Hz)/Wf = .0407
