I have no idea what "PSD" means. This is not my field.
I can tell you that Environment Associates says that the test specs don't mean anything to them and had no suggestions. Wyle can't do it either saying their shakers don't go over 3 KHz. Bouche Labs, the vibe cal house, is looking at the spec to see if it means anything to them.
It's very disturbing to me that two well-established test labs can't do this test - it puts me in quite a pickle!
