I think your Y-axis data should be g-peak values and not g-rms. g-rms is a value for the whole spectrum.
Can you doa g-squared operation for each of your frequency point on the x-axis and then divide by the Frequency Range at each point. You should then get PSD values . They normally look like 0.001 or 0.02 or 0.1 : I mean they are of this order. I haven't done this earlier so I am just suggesting.
When you get a PSD (g*g/ Hz) vs. Hz graph, then you take area under the graph. The square root of that area is your g-rms for that particular test.
