The machine model you choose must cover the range till 500g and pulse duration from 1 ms to 20 ms.

Thus, all your tests get covered and yes, payload capacity should be 100 lbs.

More g and more ms means a more severe test.

A crude formaula for the displacement is s = 0.5*a*t*t which works here.
