Mark the points where you want to minimize vibrations.
Mount/ Stick the accelerometers at those points.
What spectra do you see on your Analyser? Take a print of those spectra, maybe in PSD vs Frequency format or 'g' vs Frequency format. These will be your reference. After isolation, these peaks must reduce by a good dB value.
Then, we will talk about selection of mounts.
