Your total mass is 120 + 250 = 370 Lbs = 168 Kgs ( I am used to these units )
F = ma even for Shock test = 168 * 100 = 16800 KgF = 36960 Lbs. See the data sheet or ask the vedor to tell you what Shock Force the shaker can give. These days, the shakers give double the Sine Force so it should be 48,000 Pound Force.
Now for the travel :
s = 0.5 * acc * t * t = 0.5 * 100 * 9810 * 0.011 * 0.011 = 59 mm and you just have 51.8 mm travel. So you cannot do this test.
