This is my theory:

I think Roger will be friends with Dani & La NEna, they will plan to get even with Fabian by Roger flirting with Fabian. After Fabian has sex with Roger, Roger will reveal that he use to be a guy, causing Fabian to go nuts and maybe have more respect for women.

Again this is a theory.
