Who are they supposed to get to coach?

Response to the point is that these are the very same coashes that coached before they became academy,
Most clubs usually have the top coach on the R3 teams, now they are coach academy. How you checked out the details of academy, big difference between R3 and Academy. To start with 2x the games. Only play in top tournies... ect. If you don't like academy there are other choices so I'm not sure what you are so upset about.
