Adult Referees

Adult Referees as essentially volunteers unless they're in their 20's and trying to crack into higher brackets.

At $40 a game the hourly rate for pregame, travel, etc. is barely minimum wage.

Where will money come from to pay them more? Your pocket.

Next time you're at a game, walk over after the game is over and say "Thanks" to the adult Referees. THAT will go a long way toward helping them stay around.
