UFA has more politics than soccer on teams U9 to U16. We are done with this club!!!

Since all you the current parents are afraid to admit it on this forum or in public in fear of repercussions by other parents, coaches or team managers, I will do so. I have nothing to lose at this point and since it is the truth I don't feel bad at all. This club has to be the worst environment to bring a young soccer player into. With such horribly ignorant coaches siding with parents who are viciously living through their children and little respect for each other it is no wonder we have so many teams and so few numbers of quality. If I had known that this was such a win at all cost/my child's better than yours environment I would have gladly skipped over to some other neighboring club for better. I sat idle and hoped it would change and truly the best interest of developing players would be taken once the fall season was over and we settled in.....Not happening, just the opposite. The start of this spring has become even worse. Several parents feel the same way but are very afraid to voice their opinions. We have some very talented players and individuals in this club, but the parents arrogance and selfishness is winning out and will eventually be passed on to the kids. Apples don't fall far from the tree and this environment is not for any child looking to learn the beautiful game with such unnecessary political pressure from unfair areas.
Im not predicting a mass exodus at the end of the season, but I know of several parents that feel the exact same way and do not plan to return as a result. Its not worth the continued mental torture.
