BFC was not short players, the coaches agreed on a reschedule after knowing that the referees would not be available and the parents of AFU agreed as well. A scrimmage was also agreed upon and then parents of AFU changed their minds. The rules (230.9) state that once it has been agreed to reschedule, you can't change your mind. The referees were miss-scheduled and not notified of the 11am time change.
