Response to the truth

You do NOT have to be a member of DIVarsity in any way to be a part or play in the Allstar game. And the cost is $80 not $100, in which most booster clubs cover the cost for the players. The money goes toward putting the event on. Such as cost of jerseys, awards, drinks for the players, ref fees for four games, etc. DIVarsity does NOT put this together for profit. You really need to get your facts straight. It takes money to put on events like this. They actually pay for security (off duty police officers), concessions and concession workers. People who are saying this kind of stuff are just bitter that their kids did not make the team.
