With ECNL taking teams out at Rome and Cherokee scattering to the winds that will leave Tophat and UFA moving up and no one being relegated to keep Athena A at 13 or even 14 with RPL coming in the Spring.

This is what they did last year at the age group and probably will be the same. AFU will not be able to put together an A team from the their B team and Concorde will only keep one team in Athena A
