Forum Week in Review

No score for this post

The heat and summer vacation must have got to everyone as it was a slow week on the Forum.

1) SSA had a lot of posts, but it just seemed like 2-3 people going back and forth against each other and lost interest quick.

2)ECNL had some posts, read through some, some were so insider it was a limited audience.

3)Surprised that the European championships did not get more attention, besides a few humorous shots about English coaching style in the U.S. I am still shocked regarding Italy playing a more offensive passing game. Not a fan of Balotelli, but every time he touched the ball it felt like he was a threat to score and was a game changer. Pirlo seems to get better with age, enjoyed watching him play. Portugal-Spain was a big disappointment, as wanted to see what Ronaldo and Nani could do against Spain, but Spain would run 2-3 players at them every time they had the ball and no one else from Portugal could step up their game to take the pressure off them. Still wondering why Germany played so narrow and depended on Boateng on the outside.
